High pressure boiler hot water pump

R-type hot water circulation pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, shaft, cooling
chamber, pump bracket, suspension, seals, sealing ring, etc. The pump inlet is horizontally axial.
The exit is vertical. The impeller passes the static balance check and is fixed on the shaft together
with the impeller nut and bushing. The pump shaft is supported by a pair of single row radial
thrust ball bearings and a row of radial ball bearings (or single row of radial cylindrical bearings). 

It is used to deliver high pressure hot water of solid particles below 250°C

 outlet 2.5" Q= 40m3/h

 head = 50 to 70 m

max temperature 200c

inlet Water pressure / operator pressure  12 bar

 with electrical motor  

As temperature 200C,so we need add heat exchanger,we recommend model 80R-60.
