Technical requirements for Coal mine underground multistage pump

 

1. The structural form of the water pump is self balancing, horizontal multi-stage high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal pump, and the impellers are symmetrically arranged without balance disk system.

 

2. The water pump shall be designed with reasonable structure, good cavitation performance, high efficiency, reliable and stable operation, and can effectively withstand the impact of water hammer in case of mine power failure.

 

3. The pump rotor shall not move axially, and the flow channel shall always be centered, so that the pump can always operate in the high efficiency area and the efficiency curve is flat.

 

4. The complete water pump shall have high anti rust performance. All castings shall be free of slag inclusion, pores, sand holes and other defects, and the appearance shall be flat. The surface shall be sand blasted and derusted to SA2 Grade 5, apply two coats of epoxy resin primer and finish paint, and the paint film thickness is greater than 250um
