Multistage Pumps Manufactured For Saudi Arabia Customer
In October 2025, Modo Pump finished 2 sets of D280-65*9 centrifugal multistage pumps for a client located in Saudi Arabia. Type D high pressure multistage pumps are used for pumping water without solid particle or the liquid which the chemical and physical feature are similar with water and temperature is ≤80℃, and it's suitable for delivering water in mine and water project, etc.
The rated flow rate of this 2 centrifugal multistage pumps is 250m³/h, the head is 500-600m, and is equipped with 813kw/1480rpm Cummins diesel engine, which can operate safely and stably in complex environments. The suction and discharge diameter is 200mm. For the material, the suction casing, stage casing and discharge casing is stainless steel 316; the impeller and diffuser is made of stainless steel 316; the shaft is stainless steel 2205, which is also equipped with accessorie, including baseplate, coupling and guard. Besides, the shaft seal is mechanical seal.
Modo Pump factory also manufactured the multistage pump with the material of cast iron, stainless steel 304 and cast steel, which has good strength and toughness, giving the equipment long durability. Although in the high-intensity working environment, it can keep stable performance, greatly extending the service life of our multistage pump, and significantly reducing maintenance costs and decreasing the replacement frequency for our customers. Also, there are other series like DG,DY, ZD, etc.
During the production process, we adopts advanced and precise processing technology. Each component is polished and assembled by experienced staff with high precision to ensure the smooth and efficient operation. After the pump is manufactured well, the pump will be tested and the test report will be given to our customer.
In addition, a strict quality control system is implemented from the beginning of raw material procurement. In the raw material testing stage, all materials to be put into storage must not only meet the relevant national and international quality standards, but also pass the more stringent independent testing indicators within our company. For example, for stainless steel 2205, its chemical composition, hardness, tensile properties, etc. will be fully tested. Any deviation in any indicator will never be allowed to enter the next production process.
