4. Check whether the vibration and noise of the pump are normal. If there is any unusual phenomenon, take measures in time.

 

5. The water leakage of shaft seal shall be checked regularly. When the leakage increases, the bolts of packing gland shall be adjusted. When the packing needs to be replaced, it shall be replaced in time.

 

6. The clearance between the impeller of the pump and the front guard plate must be adjusted regularly to keep it within the specified very good limited interval to ensure that the slurry pump operates in the interval. 7. The temperature of sleeve bearing shall be checked frequently, and its very high temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃.

 

8. The lubricating oil shall be changed regularly according to the time specified in the application analysis of slurry pump.
