Features:

Double suction design can effectively reduce axial force

Installation sequence of double suction water pump:           

1, Place the water pump on the concrete foundation with embedded anchor bolts, calibrate the level by adjusting the wedge-shaped cushion block between them, and properly tighten the anchor bolts to prevent walking.           

2, Pour concrete between the foundation and the pump foundation.           

3, After the concrete is dry, tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness of the S-type split casing pump.       

4, The concentricity of motor shaft and pump shaft shall be corrected. The two shafts shall be in a straight line. The concentricity tolerance on the two shafts shall be 0.1 mm, and the non-uniformity tolerance of end face clearance along the circumference shall be 0.3 mm           

5, After connecting the inlet and outlet water pipes and after commissioning, they should still meet the above requirements.           

6, After checking that the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with that of the water pump, install the coupling and the connecting pin.
